How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
After completing payment, you’ll receive an “Order Confirmation Email” with your order number (e.g., JOL-2024-XXXX) within 1 hour. If you don’t get it, check your spam folder or contact us to verify.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Afterpay (for Australian customers only, subject to eligibility). All payments are processed securely via encrypted platforms.
Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
You can request cancellation/modification (e.g., change size, remove items) only if your order hasn’t been processed (usually within 12 hours of payment). Email us with your order number and request—we’ll confirm if it’s possible. Once processed, orders can’t be modified or canceled.

How long will my order take to arrive?
– Australian Domestic: 1-3 business days to process, plus 3-7 business days for delivery (total 4-10 days).

How can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, we’ll send a “Shipping Confirmation Email” with a tracking number and link to the courier’s website. You can also track it via your Jolilena account: “My Orders” → Select order → “Track Shipment.”
Who pays for customs duties/taxes on international orders?
customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer (varies by destination country). We don’t cover these fees—contact your local customs office for details before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
You can return unused, unwashed products (with original tags/packaging) within 30 days of receipt. “Final Sale” items (marked on product pages) are non-returnable. See our full Return & Refund Terms for details.
How do I start a return?
1. Log into your account → “My Orders” → Select the order → “Apply for Return.”2. Fill in the return reason and upload product photos (if needed).3. When will I get my refund?

Why does the product color look different from the website photo?
Color variations may occur due to device display settings (e.g., phone/laptop screens) or photography lighting. We strive to show accurate colors, but minor differences are normal.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes! Each product page has a “Size Guide” button (below the size selector) with measurements (bust, waist, hips) for dresses, pants, tops, etc. Sizes are in Australian standard—if unsure, contact us with your measurements for recommendations.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
Out-of-stock products will show an “Out of Stock” label. Some items have a “Notify Me When In Stock” option—enter your email, and we’ll alert you when the product is restocked (restock times vary by item).
